Physical Efficiency Test Standards

Up to 30 Years:

  • 1600m Race: 6 Minutes
  • Long Jump: 14 Feet
  • High Jump: 3'9"

30 to 40 Years:

  • 1600m Race: 7 Minutes
  • Long Jump: 13 Feet
  • High Jump: 3'6"

Above 40 Years:

  • 1600m Race: 8 Minutes
  • Long Jump: 12 Feet
  • High Jump: 3'3"

Up to 30 Years:

  • 1600m Race: 8 Minutes
  • Long Jump: 10 Feet
  • High Jump: 3'0"

30 to 40 Years:

  • 1600m Race: 9 Minutes

Note: For the Long Jump and High Jump, you will be given three chances each. If you fail the race, you are disqualified immediately and not allowed to participate in the jumps.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Constable (Executive): Level 3 - ₹21,700 - 69,100/- (7th Pay Commission)
  • Additional Benefits: DA, HRA , Medical, Travel Allowance, Pension, Group Insurance
  • Allowances: Ration Money (₹3,600/month), Cycle/Conveyance Allowance, Annual Uniform Allowance (₹10,000/year). Delhi Police provides one extra month's basic pay as compensation for working on holidays.
